No, we do not store or process your credit card details. We use a third party for credit card transactions. Payfast.co.za are a leader in credit card payments in South Africa
It depends when you order it. We send out parcels each business day. If you place an order late on Friday then we send it out first thing on Monday (excluding public holidays). Once the couriers have it it usually takes 4 to 5 days.
Unfortunately the couriers are not able to call ahead. You will get a tracking number so that you can track your parcel online.
If you are not always available then please consider using Pargo for delivery instead. With Pargo orders are sent to a store near you and you collect at your convenience.
If you are not entirely satisfied you may return the item within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that return shipping will be for your account. Note also that for a full refund we will require original packing and the item must be in brand new condition.
Yes, you can. Click on the EFT option during checkout and you can either do an EFT or a cash payment at your nearest FNB branch. Please note that for EFT payments the amount needs to clear into our account for our system to detect it before the items can be shipped.
You can make your purchases at a Shoprite / Checkers money market counter but please note that it could take up to 5 working days for them to send through the payment data. Please keep your till slip so that if they payment has not cleared after 5 days we can follow up with them.
We have two shipping methods:
- Pargo – delivered to a store near you (eg, Clicks). This cost R75 and is free for orders over R650.
- To your door. This cost R150 and is free for orders over R650
